A General Contractor/Construction Manager is only as good as the team that is built around them. We are a full service general contractor that knows when you always choose the cheapest sub-contractors and suppliers you usually don't get invited back for the next project. The three of us have come from three different backgrounds and environments and therefore have a long list of sub-contractors and suppliers whom we know fits our mold of great quality with a competitive price.

There are many different delivery methods for your project: Negotiated Cost-Plus, Construction Management, Design/Build and Hard Bid are the four main delivery methods with many variations to each. There are advantages and disadvantages to all four and after a quick conversation it would be easy to determine which method is best for your needs. We offer all four methods at Miller-Tippens and would be happy to discuss with you the methods in greater detail.
