 Lance Miller
Lance has eighteen years experience in the construction industry, seven as Vice-President of W.L. McNatt & Company. He has been 100% responsible for over $80 million in construction. Being involved in all facets of construction: procurement, cost estimating, writing contracts, value engineering, contracts, change orders, submittals, etc. has rounded Lance into a great construction leader. He is currently overseeing The City of Oklahoma City's first LEED Certified Project, The Bricktown Fire Station #6.

 Sam Tippens
Sam has eighteen years experience in the construction industry. He has built an array of projects including private prisons, manufacturing facilities, GSA projects, heavy and light commercial building. Sam has experience in design build, negotiated, and hard bid projects and real estate development. Sam is a technical and mechanical wizard and if ever there is a design problem that needs to be resolved, he is your man!
